Title: George Farah: Tribute to a true hero
Post by: Alex23 on February 06, 2008, 08:51:38 PM
Got shot 6 or 7 times. Got up and walked away. Spent countless hours in physical therapy.

Came back as pro bb, got elbowed by the thing Kamili but yet kept it together like a true gentleman.

An inspiration to modern bodybuilding.

Props brother.

I've heard about that as well. If George wants a 255lb 'project' ā la 'A23', I'll throw some good dought at him. He's very knowledgeable and could do well with basic mass like myself.

George is a true hero.

the scars don't even matter. If I was a judge, I would mark him even higher for it.

Where most people give up, George picked it up and became a champion. Nothing short of it.

What's your point Gibgogs? Not everyone can be born in a host country like Canada and benefit from the system put toghether by the CommonWealth like you.

Georges got shot 6 times, got up and kept going and never pitty himself. Like true hero does.

Nothing more to say.

Point is he lacked morals (to say it in very politically correct and leanient terms).  And no not everyone who is born in a eastern or third world country has taken part in a civil war and killed other civilians, and then bragged about it.

He had no sympathy for those he killed, and likewise I'd have no sympathy if he didn't survive those gunshots, or when he does die.

Georges = an inspiring pro bodyduilder who overcame the impossible and share his sucess with other bodybuilders.

Bigbobs = an Indian kid living in Canada with an opinion which nobody cares.

George is much tougher than Nasser.

How do you know that?  Because the bullets that were shot at him happened to not hit any fatal areas?

Nasser is taller and more muscular than George - I'd easily put my money on Nasser over George in a fight!   :D

Besides, who cares whose "tougher?"  Nasser was much more succesful at what he did than George was.

George being inspiring doesn't lessen the beauty of your male hero Bigbobs.

Maybe if you lay off on the gayness, you would make Nasser more respectable, just a tought. I looked up to Nasser until you started offering yourself to him.

George Farah and Nasser do very slightly share the Arab gene pool  (George being Lebanese and Nasser being half-Egyptian), however George definitely got the short end of the Arab-genetics-stick compared to Huge Nasser!

Rear delts = scar tissue.

Are you some guru that can tell from looking at delts from a distance whether lumps are from scar tissue or synthol?   ::)

There were many rumors of George having oil in his arms. Not just on IronAge either. I remember, I want to say AnabolicPro (the one that Jason what's his name used to own), and other sites too. There were pics of George at one contest with 18" arms, and then photos taken at an expo or some public place a few weeks later, where George had 20+" arms, and the shape of them was completely different.
George may have been shot, on numerous occasions, but there are rumors that the reason he was shot, was a bit shady. Like he screwed someone and that was their revenge on George. He lived to see another day, and pose on another stage.
Didn't he also get re-constructive  surgery to make his scars look better for the stage? ???
I hate that GIF of Kamali pushing George. There were a few articles about it, and I believe George was interviewed about it too. The GIF was just one time, but it happened quite a few times and everyone found Kamali in poor taste. Of course, Kamali's response was that George started it! :-\
