steroids are not the cause ,niether is GH, he just didnt "brace" his abdomen when he lifted some heavy weight, possibly squats and tore it open.

btw. that dudes calves are some of the freakiest i have ever seen. maybe even freakier than Frankhousers.

You forgot to add in inguinal hernias too. I've had one of those, and they're just as common if not more so than a testicular hernia.

babies actually are more prone to getting it, so i guess steroids and GH are definetly the cause,yep your right ::)
