I hear alot of things about Tren and I just wanted to get a better understanding before I use it.

Raw, please be more specific, there are many ways to use Tren/Test.

test- 250 or 500 mg 2x per week.
tren- since it is tren e, 200mg 2x per week.
any bros have comments on this?

yes injections.
I have heard there are real bad sides to tren and it should be taken with care.
I am wanting to do 500 to 750 mg of test. the tren is whats bothering me.
the tren is 200mg/ml

Im 5'11 175 right now
I used a total of 6 cycles all of them been test E and deca or Eq along with d-bol.
I have had great result just off of test E I have been clean for over a year now
my diet is pretty good I fall off maybe once a week,I dont drink or do any drugs
I wanna be at 200 or 220 around about

5'11" 175???? with 6 cycles!!
I cannot believe nobody in here or AROUND you has told you to stop because you are wasting your time if you have not grown with 6 cycles. What are you not eating at all while your on?
What is your diet like?
YIKES! Sounds like you need to stop taking/even thinking about using again... You have 0 Genetics obviously...

sorry i dont really continue to workout when Im off a cycle which is my biggest fault
Im 36 so its not like I do a cycle every year

For the first run of tren, use tren acetate, not enanthate. Reason being, if you have bad side effects, you can stop and the tren-a will be out of your system very fast since it's a short ester...use tren-e and have problems and you'll have to wait it out a bit longer.
I'd run the tren-a at 50mg/eod...there is absolutely no reason whatsoever that you won't get good results with this.

With all due respect dude, if you are not dedicated to workout while OFF cycle your not going to get anywhere and lose ALL the gains you make while ON.

here it is guys when I'm on a cycle I feel great,I am motivated to go work out everything seems great
when I come off my cycle and I try to start going to the gym I start to get anxiety and panic attacks and I don't go.
I don't know why this is but it has been going on for a awhile,sometimes I feel I just want to run a cycle for the whole year.
I dont know why this happens I have been to the Doctors,I have taken anxiety meds.... Im lost from this point

what causes your anxiety? crowds? i would think that if you had anxiety issues both on and off ijuice it would be associated to crowds/ loud public areas/ possible paranoia...
but with anxiety at the gym only when off juice, i would guess that you have a feeling of inferiority?...menaing you cant workout and feel "strong" or "big" if your not enhanced...
phychological addiction to AAS?????

as far as crowds i dont have a problem but maybe your right about not being strong or big when Im off.
Im gonna have to work on this.

Yeh buddy, I'd agree that you'll need to deal with your anxiety issues before touching any more gas. Everybody goes through a bit of a crappy phase after a cycle. Your body needs time to recover, and it does its best to go back to the weight you were. The best way to keep those gains (besides being a fool and doing a year round cycle) is to continue eating and training big, until your natural levels pick up again (with the help of est blockers etc).
My training partner has anxiety problems, hes been holding off of doing a cycle until recently, having gone off anti depressant meds. He knew he wouldn't be able to deal with comming off of a cycl well if he still had head games to play with.
Long story short, I'd recommend getting your training, eating and your head rock solid before touching another cycle, or you'll be 175 again before you know it.
