Thank you Knny 187 for enlightening all of us, including myself who can only get valuable info through you...You are indeed a great explorer despite that you did not inform me and the board whose car this is in the pic and who this little beast Sato is on the pic next to Nasser. We are all guessing who the dog is and what name it has - any connection to animal control? :)

Please also try to find for us the licence plate number of that car, that Corolla I guess? ;)

This proves what, exactly?

That house might have retailed for $2.5M (which ain't that much in Cali), but it doesn't mean Nasser has or had jack shit. He could have had the full amount mortgaged with zero equity barely making the payments, or worse been financing the payments he couldn't afford to begin with on re-fi's against value increases, like a giant ponzi scheme. You used to be able to do shit like that... why do you think Citibank is teetering on the brink of bankruptcy?

Nasser doesn't live in the house anymore you say? I wonder why? What if anything did he get out of it when it sold? Or did he ever have any equity in it at all? Was it foreclosed? Where is Nasser living now, a low-rent apartment?
