That is an airbrushed composite photo of a fisherman where the fish has been replaced with out of scale photo of a grasshopper.

Oh funny enough the article lists the type of grasshopper as the Calecus Grasshopper and says that it's not the largest of it's kind caught.  It states the largest is 32.5lbs. found in Maungawhau. Here is the full pic.  He was probably holding a varmit, not a fish.
