59 years old Cerafio Chávez, a beach-spa night watch , was found dead with his face disfigured because of a brutal beating that he had received from a young man , to whom he had urinated while sleeping on a beach of Village Gesell.

A 20 years old man was arrested in the locality of Village Gesell after confessing to the murder of Chavez.
When the young man awoke he observed that he was all urinated, but he did not understand how it had happened, for which he approached a nearby man and asked him ,if had any idea of what happened
The man, identified as Cerafio Chávez, responded him that he had urinated him as punishment for falling asleep in the spa, furious, the boy began to strike Chavez, first with fist blows and then with kicks, leaving him motionless,
Witnesses of what happened called the police and various troops responded to the place. police arrived and observed a motionless body in the middle of a great puddle of blood. By documents near to the body, the police could identify the victim.

Nevertheless, it called the attention that at few meters of the deceased was a young man with blood stained clothes, fist the youth denied any participation in the death of the man, but later he finished recognizing that he had been who killed Chávez ,after striking him , in retaliation.

doesnt take much to kill someone if you strike/ kick in the right spots....

doubt he meant to "kill" him.....its just that extra punch or kick that makes men dead.... :-\
