Upper body looks ok from the front, need to see back/leg shots to make any conclusions.

Looking great , huge trapezius from the back. But then again they all look good by themselves, have to see him compared with other competitors first.

Lats are awful, erectors are worse but his traps and delts are pretty good. Very unbalanced for a pro. No leg shots.

Unfortunately,his legs are lagging point.
But i dont know.Maybe he improved that?

Alfonso del Rio, spanish overall champion from 2006 in Murcia.
126 kgs for 1,81 cms tall.
First IFBB PRO competition after a year gaining size.
He´s from Madrid and wants to do some shows in USA this year. The big problem he has is to be european, and like an "autorithy" from this board has said, a spaniard could have some problems only for be spaniard... But in 2005 only was Paco Bautista,the nest year 2006 was Marcos Chacon too, in 2007 Paco and Silvio Samuel, now in 2008 Paco, Marcos, Silvio and Alfonso, after summer there´ll be another one, the youngest, Raul Carrasco (26)... time to time...

Anyway, without Silvio we can count:

- (next year) Paco Mula
And every year, spanish overall nationals champion will be IFBB PRO.

Raul Carrasco won last Cto España, in Cadiz 2008. This summer I believe that we can see him compiting in Tampa.
