hahaha, looks like we have another genetic freak on this board, "gijoey" who packed 60 lbs in 7 months, is at 11 percent bodyfat, and still has a "bird chest" :D here's a picture of this behemoth, oh brother, where do i start? ;D

What's up fellas-
I've been lifting hard and heavy for the past 7 months. Brought my weight up from 155 to 215 and my strength has gone up significantly. I usually work with dumbells and superset my workouts keeping the intensity. I'm messing around with 80lb dumbbells on incline and about the same on flat bench. i also use the incline and normal pec deck machines but can't seem to get any growth in my chest at all. Any pointers out there??
my workout for this day is chest/back and is as follows:
Incline bench 4x10 no rest
widegrip pullup 4x10 1 minute rest
dumbbell shrugs 3x15 no rest
external rotations 3x15 no rest
bent rows 4x10 no rest
flat DB bench 4x10 no rest
and then I go into abs
workout usually lasts about 45 minutes
