well what's the point of it when you're old. you will only degrade. the point is the build up and get bigger and better.
keep in shape ok. bodybuild no. that's just my opinion ;)

The actual movie itself was funny as hell. The insight into how obsessed we sometimes get with our diet, training etc. was funny to watch and brought back many memories. It tried to play a bit like Pumping Iron but of course was not close to the quality of that film which of course, is one of my favs. As a musclehead, I enjoyed watching it over some of the other garbage films that have come out of Canada (where I live!)
