$40 million for 3 acres.  Beachbum?  I heard an old friend of mine in Hawaii Kimberly Wang just bought 3 acres in Kahala.  She has her Lanikai house up for $24 million.  did you hear anything about that.  She is the girl who owned the Arena Football team.  WHo did she marry after divorcing my friend Geo.  He really fucked up a great meal ticket.  You don't get many chances to marry a billionaires daughter and he screwed that up good.  Her Lanikai pad is awesome, hav you seen it.  I already miss Hawaii
