There's already a ton of info on both of these.  You could have found the answer faster using the search button than it did to type that post.

Beta Alanine is extremely effective, especially for High Intensity Exercise. .
It has been proven to reduce muscle fatigue. You can google the many studies.

There are tons of Beta Alanine products out there.
Our Optimum Nutrition "Threshold" product contains Beta-Alanine, Histidine, and Phosphates
1 Scoop of  "Threshold" will provide 1.6 Grams of Beta Alanine.
3-4 Grams a Day will be sufficient.
I drink Threshold about 20 min before training and sometimes I sip on it while training.
I noticed a difference after about 2 1/2 weeks. Others have told me they noticed sooner.

Now.... couple this incredible product with Creatine and you are in!!
Hope this helps.

Cindy,
Can you mix BCAA’s with Threshold, or do they recommend you take it by itself?

Sorry.
I used to pester Jay with all this stuff.

Cindy,
This is actually a much better study on the effects of Creatine and Beta-Alanine combined.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16953366?ordinalpos=1&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez.Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_RVAbstractPlusDrugs1

Dr. Jeff Stout (researcher named on all these studies) is a very close friend of mine, and is continually posting his findings on the effects of the CrBa combination... so for those of you truly interested in the future potential of this combination keep checking PubMed there will be some interesting things coming.

I've used two products that have creatine and Beta-Alanine: EAS Phosphagen Elite and MuscleTech's Nano Vapor.

Both are great products, in my opinion. Phosphagen Elite tastes better than Nano Vapor, or at least, better than the fruit-punch-version of Nano Vapor (I just got the Blue Raspberry version and will try it Monday).

You're lucky if you are a non-responder. I don't respond to anything involving creatine...

The Blue Raspberry-flavored Nano Vapor tastes a bit better than the fruit-punch version. I still get the tingly hands and forearms.
