it is a phrase that has been around for a long time, at least in gay culture..

Ah, that makes sense.  I'd always just associated with bodybuilding, but it makes sense that G4P would not be limited to this culture.

I *really* like Jennifer Beals and Marlee Matlin (I didn't know a dear lesbian could be so hot!) and I've been really impressed with the acting of that Black woman who plays the Marine.  Even though they go a bit overboard with the sex scenes and the 'lesbian prison love' is so clichéd, I'm intrigued by many of the other storylines. 

Ok, I know way too much about this show.
