Well, tell you what Karl...why don't you lead the drive and collect money to off-set the costs for providing these webcasts, and I'll be sure to make sure they are "advertisement free" ...

deal?

Bodybuilding.com should offset the costs, its 1 giant advertisement for them, is it not?

We do offset the costs, which brings us back to the original response, doesn't it?

I never said I thought it was free.  It just looks like a supplement commercial.

You make it sound like its a Bundle of money to do this shit, its NOT. Muscle Tech offsets the costs for you. You don't, a sponsor does.  The costs shouldn't be that high to do the series 2gs per episode(on the high side). (2 plane tickets 800, 2 hotel rooms 300, camera guy for the day 2-300, car rental 100) And if it costs more than that, someone is royally fucking BB.com.  The camera work is avg at best.

For a website that makes millions (allegedly) thats pretty sad.

It'd be easier and cleaner to just have a constant ad logo somewhere on the screenshot. Less interference too. Solved.

haha the best thing is that they present the featured bodybuilders like  superstars that make millions and millions $$$ but sadly most of those ''athletes'' have to resort to g4p or selling drugs to make a buck or two.

I avoid such crap.
If a bodybuilder who I think is cool, has a DVD out, I'll buy it.

Seems like Will Harris said no to the muscletech commercial...He is the only guy who doesn't have a bunch of MT cans!

that need to do the most calming down.

You still get the interview and training clips. The guys that do the promoting of the product are those sponsored by Muscletech. That's why Will Harris and DeShaun Grimez didn't say anything about supps, because they're not sponsored by MT. Silvio Samuel did his plug for Muscle Asylum Project because he's sponsored by them. It's not even a big deal.

Exactly.  If you are whining about this, then go cry to NBC/CBS/CNN and every other channel that shows commercials because it's the same thing.

People just enjoy complaining for the sake of complaining.

Bodybuilding.com is too expensive and sells too much useless crap like Muscletech.  All these webcasts have to be paid for somehow.

Buy your shit from that hairy bastard Chris Mason:  http://www.atlargenutrition.com/

the problem is that it just does not end and its corney as hell... very little training and the guys pushing the products is pretty insulting to think anyone buying into it.. but, i do appreciate the sponsors doing it.. i just fast forward through it and try and get to the good stuff..

There you go Chick!  That's a good move....I'm tired of hearing about Centopani, Heath, Martinez, Wolf...blah..blah...blah!  I think we heard it all in MD and Flex these last 3 months of magazine articles!!  How much more coverage do they need that hasn't already been said?  I'm  not sayin' they ain't good bodybuilders, but enoughs enough!!

AD's, a bodybuilder that's always underestimated and misunderstood no matter how much he steps up to the plate!  I'd like to hear what he has to say....

No pleasing some people ::)

Who cares if they plug muscletech or whatever. They have a contract to uphold, its all part of the deal. These webcasts and video series are great i reckon.

Exactly.  If a company wants to push its powders which do less than a steak and potato dinner to naive 20 somethings in an infomercialesque format then you should be grateful that they're marketing supplements which are too ineffective to sell themselves and require an assload of hoopla and endorsements from your favorite bodybuilding celebrities.

It's all part of the service they provide.
