Yeah, but what if some 150lb muscle monster comes by sipping on muscle milk between massive 135lb squats and drips some on it?

Not really. Sometimes I train by how I generally feel and don't always live up to my expected workout.  ;D

Training logs are a waste of time at the gym.  Look around at the chicks and rest up instead of writing in the damn book.  Sure it's nice to look back at the previous 6 months; but, why focus on past lifts?

Exactly.  Progress should be the last thing on your mind while in the gym.

If you cant simply remember what you did and then right it down when you get home, you should be working on your brain more.
