Title: Paul Baker Pre Contest - 298 lbs!

Paul will be one of the biggest guys at the ironman this year.  The training photos were taken 3 weeks out when he was at 298.

These were taken 1 week out - he should be on stage at 280 this year

If his legs were half as good as his upper body, he'd be very interesting, which isn't the case

He turned pro winning the Jamaica show to earn his pro card.  Big dude.  I see him everyday in the gym.  He has a "gym" body.  Looks massive in the gym, but can't diet worth a shit and dry out.

He has done some shows before, usually in the 15th to 17th place.
