keinen blassen schimmer, obs hier rein passt, ist mein erster beitrag.
also ganz "kurz".......
mit ca. 18 j. angefangen zu trainieren, eher unregelmäßig. später beruflich hab ich die möglichkeit gehabt, jeden tag in den eisenkeller zu gehen. habe seit eh das problem, einen relativ schlechten muskelwachstum zu haben, obwohl kraftzunahme relativ normal.
ehemaliger kollege drückte mir paar tausend thais in die hand. hat auch immens geholfen...... dann hat der magen schlapp gemacht. die dinger haben sich echt durchgefressen. hab mich an seinen einnahmeplan gehalten: 7 t. je 1 pille, 7 t. je 2 pillen, 7 t. je 4 pillen, 7 tage je 6 pillen, 28 tage je 12 pillen, dann wieder runterdosiert. im nachhinein der totale wahnsinn, ich habs gemerkt, als ich blut gekotzt habe.
hab mir in der zeit die ellenbogen zerschossen, d.h. beim und nach dem training konnte ich mich auf diesen nicht aufstützen, tat höllisch weh. habs noch jahre danach gehabt. ein fingerdruck darauf reichte aus und ich bin an die decke gegangen. beim doc kein befund, garnischt.
danach schweren sportunfall gehabt. musste eine ewigkeit mit opioiden behandelt werden. sagt euch oxycodon, fentanyl was? sehr krass, wenn die psyche sich daran erstmal gewöhnt hat.
pack die sachen kaum noch an, außer ich hab mal einen schmerzdurchbruch.okay, mit den mitteln hat man selbst beim hardcoretraining keine schmerzen mehr.merkt aber auch keine anderen einschläge :-(((
aber dem training steht norm. endlich nichts mehr im wege.
leider ist die hirnchemie durch opioide so platt, das mir jegliche motivation fehlt. ist echt heftig.
ich weiss, ziemlich viel pech und mist auf einmal.
frage: hat jemand auch probs im ellenbereich, kann man diese durch ernährung, training bessern?
gibts booster, die auch was taugen, um wieder ran zuklotzen? motivation?
was kann man nahrungszusatz technisch am sinnvollsten zusich nehmen, um auch nach geraumer zeit den trainingseffekt zu sehen, will keinen teuren mist im center angedreht bekommen.......
wäre schön, wenn mir geholfen wird. muss endlich wieder loslegen. mit 34 läuft einem ja auch langsam die zeit davon.

You sure he was taking Dianabol and not Anadrol, that shit is effective in short stints but very dangerous.

anadrol 50 was strong.i knew someone on 3/5 per day nosebleeds,and androxan was 40 mg per gave u tremors.

Have taken 5 Anadrol a day 2 weeks on 2 weeks off,they are the most Potent steroid in exsistance, i would get bloat and massive strenght gains,I used to take an anti estrogen i think it was called Nova for avoiding bitch tits.
Have not used in 4 years met Ronnie Coleman and thought fuck it,Id never be a Pro and stopped 80% of my use of roids at age 27,28.
Used a bit of Deca and Stanazol to age 32 and said fuck it natural for life.
DonkeyKong must be talking about Anadrol for prolonged use it will fuck you up,Ive known guys who pop Dianabol like candy and no real harmfull side effects.
Mods this should probaly be put on the Steroid board.

He wasn't puking blood because of the Dianabol, I guarantee you that. That's a mild cycle.

Yes, that's pretty mild. The month on 12 tabs is only 60mg a day. Many have taken Dianabol at 50mg a day for year (or even several years) straight. I know lots of people who have taken Dianabol at 200mg a day for a couple of months straight. HIV+ positive patients have been put on 150mg of Anadrol for 6 months straight with no ill effects.
I don't recommend long oral cycles, you could be one of those with genetic predisposition to liver problems, but most would handle a cycle like that just fine. The stupid part of that cycle is the taper, especially the downtaper.

Bin ich da mit eingeschlossen, da ich offenbar Drogen nehmen muss, um endlich mal schlafen zu koennen?, was ich immer noch nicht gemacht habe. 6 Uhr hier, bin seit 3 Stunden wach. Morgen habe ich einen Termin bei einer Schlafklinik....
Aber die Frage stellt sich wieder....ich will nur pennen, aber mein Koerper laesst es nicht zu. Schlaf ist mein Ziel. Ist das der Sache mit den Anabolika aehnlich?....huh.............ich habe keinen verfickten Schimmer, was ich jetzt schreibe. Ich in so muede und platt........... :-X

Wooohoooo, this is MY EXACT first cycle 25 years ago. All Dbol baby. Made great gains, started at 1 dbol the first week and at the end of the 2nd week was HUGE...
everyone kept asking if I was "on"...I said NO, it was just hard training and eating good....lol!!!

I know someone who used to prep for a show on d-bol only lol.. (it was quite some time ago tho'.. "oldschool" way..). 8 months str8 of d-bol wasn't extraordinary.. The doses fluctuated, from 15 to 50mg's..
