Title: Just got my Waxy Maize

Shit doesnt taste that bad.. You guys take it pre workout also? I cant wait to try it with my humalog ;D

I heard if you take it pre, you get good pumps..

I always eat a meal 1.5 hours before lifting of protein and carbs but if all I have time for is a shake, I make it with whey, waxy also and Udo oil.

As for the pump, you know that as long as muscle glycogen stores are full, you will get "pumped". 8)

For a while. Before that I used Vitargo but waxy is much cheaper and easier to get. Have fun! ;)

I just don't like the way it mixes from them though. I noticed it has a foam on it when it's mixed.

I did actually with the kiwi strawberry and I dont think I will next time though. I did get it with the aminogen. I dunno, the flavoring made it taste a little f**ked up. The fact I mixed it with vanilla nitro tech didnt help also. I like the stuff but its a little messy, gets clogged in my shaker.

I used trueprotein's waxy & it was mixed with a little whey & BCAA's.
