I looked and hadn't seen this here already and it's been on my mind for a few days

I can relate to the guy and hope they let him off

what's more sickening to me is the comments from some of the retards on youtube

well if that's what happend, good, he should get off.  Nothing premeditated and the protective switch that would go off in any parent would be enough for many to do the same.  However, it should be completely investigated because unfortunately it is possible that the guy got in a fight with this guy, beat him to death and came up with a cover story.  I hope it's legit, one less pedo.
