Hey candidate2025! Explain to me how the fiber got broken down in the microwave? Is fiber not a carb that our body can't digest? Are you saying that the microwave can digest it for us? How? By what process? Thank you!

WARNING: No fiber was lost during this post
Oatmeal has souluble fiber, it is fine, still there even after microwaving.
However Trap, try heating oatmeal first, leave a bit watery then add the protein. Cooking protein powder could denature it as protein powder is fragile.
But it won't be cooked that long so maybe not. Other problem is the protein hardens up making cement instead of oatmeal. :-\

has anyone ever seen the little girl that did the experiement on microwaving water? She took two plants the same size and put them in the same location, she would microwave water, let it cool and water one plant, the other plant she watered using plain old tap water. After a few weeks the plant that got the microwaved water died and the other one was growing fine......makes you wonder what the mircrowave does to food huh?

yes but food is alot more complex then just tap water...i mean your going to lose some values know matter what you do if you cook food the general thumb is to just heat things up to the least degree therefore it stands a better chance of retaining as much value as possible...
