The Justice Dept just announced this AM they are seeking a perjury charge against Clemens.
It's likely Clemens will face perjury charges when all is said and done.
It's probably more than likely he'll be convicted.
Mcnamee's lawyer believe Bush will pardon Roger Clemens
Bush made "stamp out steroids" part of his State of Union Address.
Bush didn't pardon Bonds or Marion Jones.
Clemens is a Republican, from TX, and we know Bush has a long baseball history.
Do you think Clemens would get a pardon come Christmas 2008?
