Post by: KingCol on February 15, 2008, 07:23:19 PM
I more than cheated today.  Two Quiznos sandwiches (one prime rib, one mesquite chicken) a double cheese burger, and 3 pieces of Pizza Hut.  UUUUUHHHHHGGGGGG, im just sitting around now feeling like S*@t!  Oh well, more motivation for tomorrow!

Another thing I hate about the BB lifestyle..one extreme to another...eat an insanely strict diet, then we pig out like fatpeople, go back to the gym, burn it off, and do it over...

Sometimes i wonder if its better to not workout, eat normal all the time, with your occassional splurge here and there..ok maybe throw in cardio 3-5 times a week but thats it...lol...im losing my mind.

This may sound weak, but give cardio a shot man. I dont like to do it, i do it cuz i have to.

I do it in the off season to stay lean and so i can eat more.

I love to fuckin eat just like everyone else here but i hate getting fat.

If you get in a routine, do your cardio lets say after you hit the weights, then you can eat more food and not get fat.

Plus you can have those weekly binge days and not feel like shit. Just a suggestion.
