Yates is the de facto example of condition. 260lbs of rock hard muscle. Heath is lucky to be 230 with a subpar chest and narrow clavicles. Flex was better. What's up with Phil's little gut and split abs ala James?

Phil's condition is no where near Yates; Heath is soft like a donut in comparison. Look at the triceps for example.

he looks great ,arms and delts first rate.legs have good full sweep and enough seperation,rear legs look hard and split,to only nit pick a bit is his back is thick but a lil soft,all around good package deserving ,really could push dex now.

PLEASE someone!!! Tell Phil Heath to change that sidechest. He is already short, doesn't have to bend he's knees so much, only thing it does is just making him look less impressive beside taler guys. And please tell him to stretch out his upper body more, put out the chest a little bit more and drag back the shoulder one inch or two.
2008 Mr O top 3...then taking the whole year off and concentrate on the back, chest and legs to come back at Mr O 2009 and take the biggest check!!!

Best bodybuilder to date...this is progress. We're already having to compare him to Yates to have anyone even in his league to give him any competition.

I've never seen so much muscle, so crisp, with such sharp lines. Some really wicked bodyparts on this guy. He still might not be my favorite guy but I'm just saying...this is professional bodybuilding at it's highest level; moving in a direction that is the right one. That physique is pure quality.

most bodybuilders can usually take 1 or 2 pics in were they look incredible at any show they enter, Phil is one of those few pros that no matter how fucking awesome a pic of him looks it doesn't compare to watching him. It's like your eyes are playing tricks on you he is that fucking dinosaur huge!!!!

Overkill. Phil looks good vs 2nd tier bbers. You're on Mars if you think he was going to lose this show. Cormier and Flex made a living off of these $10,000 shows. He looks good. Shawn still has better balance and a better overall look. I just dont see him beating guys with wide backs at the Big 2. Ronnie type arms on Dex's body and as narrow as Flex or more so. Anway...still an excellent showing but he isnt the 2nd coming of Christ.
