it ain't hard to add 10 lines to a database table. the scripts do everything else automatically.

but I did update the table a bit early. once they announced #3, it was kind of obvious what 1 and 2 was going to be

in the 11 years that I've had my website, the IFBB and NPC has never sent me results (even after the contests).

You are not kidding. Phil looks tremendous. I have great respect for Dexter but he had better bring it big time (of course being from Colorado and having gotten to know Phil a bit personally, I'm pulling for The Gift).
