it's been a good month now, and i haven't really noticed much difference with 60grams waxy post workout than i did doing the ol standby grapejuice...

Bodyfat lower?

I know I feel a huge difference between waxy and simple carbs.Simply because I add to much bodyfat if I even look at sugar now a days.. Maybe because I am older and not able to utilize all that sugar like I used to.  :'(

it might've gone down a little.....   

i wonder if i need to take more than 60 grams...  i'm 220 or so ....maybe 80 grams is better...i'll give it a try

i've been drinking a can of Mug Root Beer with my postworkout creatine and BCAA's and i haven't noticed ANY difference from when i was using WM.

I am good with 40 g. and 40 g. Whey, then eat hour-hour and half later of whole food, protein and carbs.

I am 230 and 80g. was putting on a bit of chub.

Dont know, everyone is sooo different with regards to simple sugars, I just can't do them in abundance anymore  :'(

i agree here, i train one bodypart a day with moderate volume, maybe 13-15 sets so i don't really need 80-100 grams of carbs, i take in maybe 50-55 and then eat about a half hour later.

yea im with you b i was downing 60 grams of waxy and 50 grams of whey but i was getting some chub (more then i already had) and ive actually cut it down to only 30 grmas of waxy with 50 of whey and feel just as good with it
