I was wondering, what happened to AD Cherry at the Iron Man? I thought that he was competing?? On bb.com, they pulled his training video. It was going to be after JOJ"s video..
the biger question is, how did these first year pros get in to the ASC?? AD Cherry, DeShaun Grimez and etc

but i tell you what, if he DID do the ironman...dude would have been killin mother fuckers up on stage. super tight waist, massive arms and freaky x frame...has added some pounds and has kept his conditioning tight since the last time youve seen him....

well, the arnol has always preferred symetry and aesthetics. will harris has got an ugly-ass physique. they probably didnt like those queer antics he pulled at the mr.o last year either.

Adorthus Cherry will never do shit as a pro. Sad truth. The only thing he'll shake up at the arnold is 14th place.

haha, his torn pec is actually looking better and better each show.
And he will do damage, because the IFBB is heading towards awarding more symmetrical physiques.
All he needs to do is up his conditioning just a bit in the glute/hams area, and he'll place top 10 at every show he enters.

the ASC is all about condition. AD would be lucky to get in top 10. no way can he take out Dex,pill,kai,branch and the other heavy hitters. its a fight betteen phill and dex this year

Its a name game. AD has to not only worry about conditionong, but he is fighting a name game. I think if he did the Ironamn and brought his National condition in, he'd place 5th. But bodybuilding is full of what if's? Guys look so good 2 weeks out, then miscalculate (carb too hard, too much lasix, 'slin) and fuck it up. Gustavo is one guy who looks great at 2 weeks out, but looks like he over carbs and comes in soft
