no need to guess they had a scale there and many got on it heath was one of them as you can see in the pics

That is old.
Watch the weigh -ins at bb.com. He was 240, sorry :'(
-
It's from last year's weigh ins. They haven't updated the information yet. ::)
-
The competitor weights should be 7lb to 10lb lighter that the weight in. All of them were fully clothed during that process.
-
216, hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaa, that motherfucckkers upper body alone is 216.

Fanny pack full of bills and coins? ;)

That's a misprint. He said he weighed about 240 at thw weigh in. Probably about 245 for the contest.
-
If you win a contest, it didn`t count what the scale is telling, the placing is telling the whole Story
-

Probably from when he turned pro then.
I've done my last few shows as a heavyweight and repetrope still has me listed as 176lbs from my first national show years ago.
-
then he must be shorter than lee priest.
-
Phil weighed in at 240, but he was wearing layers of clothing plus he had sneakers on. During the Ironman webcast, Phil said he weighed in the 230's.

Great bodybuilders create a Illusion of Weight. Flex at his best was bellow 230lb, but look like 260lb. Same goes with Phil he weight no more 235lb ...but look much bigger than that. Structural and genetic predisposition are the most fundamental part of Bodybuilding not Weight.

Flex never looked 260. His frame was far too small to look that big. Here he is next to a legit 260lbs for reference.

I was at the show and know first hand that Phil was 230lbs on stage give or take a few pounds..with his crazy muscle bellies and conditioning you would think he was atleast close to 250lbs.
