But at saying that, he knows his win was controversial, and as it will most likely be his last O, he will probably (hopefully) show up in much better conditioning. But then again, he will get the title regardless of how he shows up.

You have to admit though that the reason people thought he should not have won is because he came in way off. If Jay nails his condition like he usually does - have done in the past, then he should win another O deservedly. On his day even with his flaws he is better than Phil Heath, Wolf, Dexter Jackson etc.

jay screwed up last year, everyone knows that. Jay is a monster of a bodybuilder and if he can bring his conditioning back to what it was a few years ago I dont' see Phil being able to beat him..yet. It's funny cause last years showing seems ot have totally eclipsed everything Jay has ever done. Let's say Jay comes in totally shredded like he was in 01 or the 03 Ironman....can anyone realistically stand next to him and crush him? I'm not talking about how he looked last year, I'm talking about an in shape jay. When Jay is on he's got the best legs in the biz right now, top to bottom, front to back. If he steamlines his waist he'll change alot of opinions about him.

I don't think Jay should have won last year but that doesn't mean he isn't capable of doing great things on the BB stage.
