They just said on PBW that Richard Jones is on the comeback trail. Seriously thinking about the 2009 Ironman. Wasn't he Shawn Ray's prodigy way back when? Why did he quit so young? (maybe because he's smart?) How old is he now?

I heard he quit to go back to school and get his MBA, not a bad choice at all. He looked unreal at the 2002 USA and I hope he can come back and look as good as he did then.

Saw him at the 04? NOC, he was good but couldn't beat Darrem Charles and def. not Melvin Anthony.
If he comes back he's gonna have to bring something new because lots of guys are improving.

It was nice seeing Richard Jones again, and yes, he completed his MBA and is doing well. He came to visit the Fit Expo because he is interested in competing again, but has not completely made up his mind yet. If he does, it will be for the 2009 Ironman.

Saw Richard at the Expo shooting the shit with Melvin Anthony at the Weider booth. Didn't have a chance to meet him though. There were lots of people around him alot. But he looked good & healthy. Didn't look too big standing next to Melvin though.
Personally, I'd like to see him up there again.

He had a great physique. Very classical, no gut, great shape.

well, I do remember him saying that he won't post here anymore, because of some idiots here making smart comments about him. I think he was taking it a little too personal here. after all, this is the Almighty GETBIG, lots of love.

a professional bodybuilder or amatuer bodybuilder rarely go off hormones,,our hormones are dead elephent with out syntetics ,,get it in your heads friends
