I brought up triceps in a matter of 3 months period. My triceps were not existant but now they re huge, i will post a pic.
What is the ticket for triceps.
HIGH REPS CLOSE BENCHPRESS
HIGH REPS SKULL CRUSHERS
20 REPS A SET ATLEAST.

I found for my biceps that cable work is 10 times better than free weights but I haven't found anything for the triceps yet

i DONT HAVE CABELS IN MY HOMEGYM I ONLY DO WORK WITH A BARBELL.
WHAT IVE NOTICED TRICEPS NEED 2X MORE REPS THAN BICEPS
BICEPS 10 REPS
TRICEPS MINIMUM 15 REPS. I GO HIGH AS 24 REPS FOR TRICEPS, WHEN THEY BURN THEY RESPOND.

The thing with me is, no matter how i train now i grow like weed, Whey protein did it for me, whey puts me in a high anabolics state for growing, its unbelievable.

Cable pressdowns (straight bar, cambered, rope, all kinds of handles)
Overhead presses - dumbell and/or barbell
Biceps:
Alternate dumbell curls
Cambered or straight-bar curls
Scott curls
