Title: Inject it all or space it out?

THeir are many different beliefs as far as injecting all your gear especially in offseason in season its not an option but offseason what do you think take all gram of test at once or space it throught out the week,  shoot all your deca or space it?

No matter what i ran, i always injected 3 times a week.

example...1000mg test and 400mg deca

mon - 250mg test and 200mg deca - 3cc

weds - same

fri - 500mg test - 2cc

I usually inject test one hour before training but this season I think maybe its gonna be different the reason being when the cycle ends the pct and clearing are more predictable.

I feel much better spacing out the injections...even with long estered items such as test-e, c, etc. No, it's not 100% necessary, but a constant even flow of test feels much better and makes things smoother.

space it out is best imo.  for 1 gram of test id do 250mg mon, wed, thur, sat

Spacing them out provides for more consistent maintenance of blood plasma levels. 

This, in turn, provides a more consistent mental and physical state, and less side effects overall.

Yeah it looks like everyone pretty much does the same thing as me only thing I normally do that is a little different is lets say your taking a gram of test a week I divide that by seven and take that amount each day one hour  before training.  But I only do this with test.
