put it to you like this, i started squatting seriously in 1995 when i was 23, before that i was between a size 10 1/2 and 11 depending on the shoe, now in 2008 my shoe size is 12 and in some shoes 12 1/2, how do you explain that?

Luke i heard some time ago you made a sudgestion for natural lifters to do a Nolvadex stack, just to give yourself a anabolic testbooster. Speak more on this please.

...I meant only for those who are absolutely determined to try steroids.
Better to take a less dangerous drug (no endogenous testosterone suppression), if you can't gain muscle with suppressed estrogen levels then you don't know what you're doing with regard to muscle growth and shouldn't be using steroids to begin with.
Personally, I don't condone steroid use at all.
Most bodybuilders don't know what they're doing in the gym and use steroids to cover their mistakes.
But this is a thread hijack... if you have questions Mariachi, start a thread requesting my advice here on the G&O.

Do you know who I'm talking about then. . . it looks like you have some competition in the category of people who bodybuild and hunt bigfoot! :D
-
What was the name of the show?
I know that one of the guys searching for the Australian Bigfoot (the Yowie) used to be a competitive bodybuilder.

yeah that was it exactly, cant remember the name of the show but it was on history channel it had him and his team looking for bigfoot in camo jumpsuits and everything! He was also looking for the tasmanian tiger.

...yeah that Australian dude is pretty hefty (think he's like 260 lbs 6'4'' or so ). He claims the Squatch that ran him down absolutely dwarfed him.
It might look pretty weird, all the camo; nightvision and cameras. But that's what this particular type of research demands.
It's a brave man who ventures into Sasquatch territory. I've been on expedition with skeptics and wryly suspicious scientists (was one myself at one point)... attitudes change when (very, very occasionally) the territorial displays start: rock throwing; foot stomps; howling and branch breaking.
As one eye witness (a professional hunter/guide) explained to me in Wisconsin... "Guess he would have been maybe 700... maybe 800 lbs, a little over seven foot... and boy was he pissed".
