Get real ! Why is is any time a bodybuilder comes off as intelligent , some dumbass has to crack on him.
After seeing that I am a big fan of Branch. The guy has it together and is the ideal kind of role model for any serious bodybuilder. I guess if he was some slack jawed bum , some of you would say he was "hardcore" and cool.

1) Yeah totally obvious that he's on Clen/T3/whatever, he spoke unbelievably fast and was totally out of breath the whole time. Pretty funny.
2) Definitely seems like a good guy. If Branch can run at least 2 businesses and still compete professionally, why the fuck are we supposed to feel bad for Kai Greene?
3) Palumbo does give off an insanely homosexual vibe. He looks so weird and creepy in those shorts and the huge collar on his shirts. I bet that guy has a lot going on we don't know about.

i was actually gonna say the same thing...2 things i noticed from the vid ( other than branch has good shit going on for him)
1) his heart rate was probably 160-170 bpm even when he was talking...he was basically gasping for air
2) is dave palumbo gay? serious question, not trying to bash him... his gestures are so feminine, and so is the way he talks... imagine if he didnt take all those drugs, his voice wouldve been softer than a 18 yr old blonde

No, I agree. He kind've keeps his forearms bent, but lets his wrists flow freely. Definitely doesn't carry himself in a manly way.
Thanks for the post MattT, Branch is a great role model. It seems like the business is his job and bodybuilding is just a side thing where he gets to make tons of money for later on.

Branch is a smart dude. He said he saves all his endorsement money so Muscletech may give him about 75-100K a year plus MD. Thats alot of money over a career's time. And he also promotes a show.
