I made my own "giant set" for arms which i enjoy doing. Nothing like milos's crap, i like to keep it hard and heavy like u can see from what pandae posted  8)

I did giant sets for 12 weeks or so a while back, it was interesting, I did not go to Milos' extremes, only 5-6 exercises in a row, but at the end of it all, I found my strength did increase a bit, maybe only a couple of reps or a few pounds on an exercise but it was interesting to try. Definately helped with the cardio.....


I did do arms with Rick once(Milos business partner) we did


close grip bench
hammer curls
seated push downs
machine preacher curls
skull crushers
bb preacher curls
rope pushdowns
low cable curls
overhead rope extentions
reverse low cable curls



needless to say I was pumped like a mother fuck when we were down. It was very difficult to complete and very intense.....I was complimented three times on how big my arms were before I left the gym that day. Queers. ;D

Seriously, I could barely lift a protein shake to drink, it was cool, not something, I personally, would like to do all the time though.
