Took these 2 pics about 4 hours ago post-workout. Weigh a brutal 202 there. Nowhere near where I want to be of course, but getting there. I'm not even taking protein or anything anymore - just 3 or 4 meals a day.
And it's funny how my left arm looks a bit bigger in the crab pose, even though it's nearly a quarter of an inch smaller than my right ???

LOL, my arms look short cause the pic's taken from a close range. Here's another shot from a bit more of a distance.

Thanks big man. And Yeah, I took about 7 months off last year - dropped a whole lot of weight after my 'breakdown', the effects of which we all (unfortunately) saw here and just stopped lifting for about 6 months or so after wards. I started again late November at a weight of about 178 and have come up to 200 or so now.
How heavy are you at the moment?

238 on the scale this morning, dropped about 10 lbs.
But I'll have that back in 2 weeks, muscle memory is your friend. ;D

Thanks mate. I'd like to be somewhere between 230 - 240. I've been up to 220 before and I know I had room for an additional 10 - 15 lbs on my legs and chest alone easy. We'll see :P

Hahaha it's a University gym with a great atmosphere and lots of energy, but the students tend to trash the locker rooms a fair bit.
