ok bros im off to the gym and its my second workout allright, im trying to get into the zone by gulping down aminoacids that i mix in a glass with coca-cola and on the stereo is bob sinclar "world hold on" IMG ETTING INTO THE FUCKIJN ZONE CHIEF
here's my workoutplan
cable cross chest 4 sets 12 explosive reps
machine "burn" flyes
smith machine shrugs
then ill call if the day and rush home for my muscle milk+banana+fishoil+creatine cocktail

here is what I did for legs yesterday !
Front squat:
20x135
15x180
10x225
then the last set !!!
10x275
drop set to 6x225
drop set to 10 x 180
drop set to 10 x 135
drop set to 10 x 45
drop set to 20 reps with no weight
it burned like fuck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
after that 4 sets of hack squat, then 4 sets of leg extension, then 4 sets of leg curl, then for 4 sets of seating leg curls, then 4 sets of stiff-leg deadlift 8)

here is what I did for legs yesterday !
Front squat:
20x135
15x180
10x225
then the last set !!!
10x275
drop set to 6x225
drop set to 10 x 180
drop set to 10 x 135
drop set to 10 x 45
drop set to 20 reps with no weight
it burned like fuck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try droppin the seated leg curls and replace it with leg presses, drop the back of the leg press seat as low as possible and put ur feet high on the platform ideally the top half is off the platform.

How do u prefer to hold the bar? arms crossed or kinda like ur gonna do a close grip underhand press

I prefer taking the bar like I would to a press and just rest it on the shoulders but I can't do it anymore because of lack of flexibility, so I do it arms crossed

Walking DB lunges
Lying leg curls
Stiff leg deads
Leg Press seat way back feet high
Standing calf raises

You tall? Im 6 ft 3 and have the same problem, i think its being too "long" for the machine, i just squat and front squat

No i'm not any gear how much would you do for legs. I'm talkin legs all in one workout, once a week. And if I'm overtraining would I really get stronger?
