I wouldn't say sorry about not being natural. Most people could take everything in their local pharmacy and not look like that. Great shape and structure. I used to train alonside him from time to time a few years back in Fresno. Drugs or not, he worked HARD. And smart. Always asking questions. One of the last things he asked me was what I thought he was lacking. I told him his shoulders were W-I-D-E but he needed to bring up his delts. Looks like he did it. Big time! Got pretty lean too. Way to go, Incognegro. I hope all is working out for ya bro. You look damn good. Keep it going.

I am steady trying to get leaner so I may get smaller so I don't know what % muscle I KEEP I am suprised everyone thinks I'm too big too be off the sauce lol. I am just trying to maintain a healthy look and I know spending money on juice,gh,etc. is not relevant unless I compete so I choose not to do it. THE PRICE U PAY IS...HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE ALSO TEST DOES THIS TOO AND YOU GET SUPER IRRITABLE AND AGRESSIVE...I DID EVERYONE A FAVOR AND SHOWED WHAT U CAN GET OUT OF 5 WEEKS AT 100 A DAY MUSCLE MEMORY TAKEN IN CONSIDERATION. THE WEIGHT DIFFERENCE IS : 180 LBS IN THE FIRST PIC...215 IN THE SECOND....ALL THIS AT 5'11" 1/2

I went to college back south so I ate alot of soul food after a while I felt like a slug so I did cardio everyday and leaned down to 185 natty had awesome abs I didn't start the O.J. til I was 22

After seeing the Arnold I wish the judges favored the asthetic physiques all be it that Dexter one thats great but when it comes to the olympia the mass monsters have won for the last 15 years. I would like to obtain a more Sergio Oliva like physique and than I would be content

I know this man personally, he's like family. I've seen him jacked at around 235 and I've seen him in person (as recently as last week). I personally like this look on him better. Great genetics, trains hards, eats right-shit, I even took him to his first pro show. He doesn't have any aspirations of competing, but would do well if he did. Those that don't have it tend to hate on those that do,,,,,

but my favorite bodybuilder on that stage was my boy Adorthus Cherry, who's gonna bring a more complete package next time out ;)
