Hahahahahahahahahah. What these British will do when they need a little attention. Last time I checked, Combat operations were in 2002, and the Taliban fell in 2 weeks or so. When they say he seen combat, that means he seen his brothern U.S Marines fighting, and his limey ass was barricaded with his secret service protecting him.
Can you believe this is breaking news on CNN.com?
UK's Prince Harry fighting in AfghanistanStory Highlights
Prince Harry - third in line to British throne - is fighting in Afghanistan
Ministry of Defence says he was deployed in December
The UK's Prince Harry is in Afghanistan and has seen combat, the UK Ministry of Defence confirmed Wednesday.
He was deployed 10 weeks ago and his fellow soldiers were sworn to secrecy. The prince's status is currently being reviewed, the Defense Ministry said.
Harry is third in line to the British throne.
In a recent interview with CNN Correspondent Paula Newton, Prince Harry said, "At the end of the day I like to sort of be a normal person, and for once I think this is about as normal as I'm ever going to get." E-mail to a friend

Just heard on the news now. Just nothing more than propaganda.

Good for him, serving his country. He could be King one day.

Breaking news, who gives a fuk about harry??

Monarchy should not exist in today's world.

The 23-year-old Household Cavalry lieutenant killed up to 30 of the enemy on his frontline tour by directing at least THREE air strikes.
And he traded fire with insurgents who attacked his outpost base — manning a heavy machine gun.

Haha - bullshit.
They showed the footage on TV last night of him "fighting" the Taliban. From what I could see this amounted to was sticking him in the safest part of Helmand Province where the real soldiers had been months ago, cleared the area, and now deserted with only a few unarmed peasants for company and he's walking around like he owns the place being watched over by half a dozen Gurkha soldiers ready to kill the slightest thing that comes within five hundred metres of him.
They're spending thousands if not millions of taxpayers money so he can have his little jaunt out there and make it look like he's singlehandedly winning the war on terrorism for us.
I'm more likely to get killed today than Harry.

Haha. True. Afghanistan is a shithole, but no doubt he receives "extra care".
He's probably safer there from terrorists than when he's in Britain.

Yeah, we have it better in the US.
Either a Clinton or Bush in the white house since 1981.....

Yeah, I imagine Helmand is a picnic compared to being sat round in Snivel Servant HQ, Brum. It must get pretty dangerous fiddling your expenses and planning your bi-weekly walkout over pensions, pay etc.
I thought he came across as a thoroughly decent chap.
