Title: DAMN you have to be ON POINT with the WATER when cutting up

an hour without sufficient water and your appetite goes in PANIC mode and you end up eating like 2000 calories worth of stuff in like 10 minutes!

im drinking about 4-5 gallons!

running 10 miles a day

and getting back into the weightlifting more

300 squats

300 pushups

300 abs

300 back
