				I'm suer this has been discussed before but I've recently upped my water intake to 4 litres a day and it's having some positive effects - greater concentration, more efficient energy use, fuller muscles and clearer skin.
How much water do you guys drink a day? And I'm not talking about water mixed with protein shakes or in tea and coffee, or mixed with fruit squash, just plain, pure water.

				0.5-1.5 gallons a day. It varies from day to day & my activity level.

				I don't really measure it, but I probably down a good 2-3 liters a day. More on certain days. I drink a ton of water at the gym, I probably fill a 0.5L bottle three to four times while I'm there, especially if I'm doing cardio. I'll do the same thing at work maybe 2-3 times. I tend to drink a lot less at home, I'm usually busy and it slips my mind.

...now if I've drank the night before all bets are off :P
I CRAVE soda,mountain dew or pepsi,and Gatorade.

				I carry a gallon with me in my work van daily and put down 1 to 1.5 everyday.  Thats not counting some diet coke at lunch sorry it's my one drink i will not give up.  :)
