Title: pm question answered
Post by: gh15 on March 02, 2008, 05:07:12 PM
gh15 i started a thread yesterday about how trey brewer can apparantly do 150db inclines for 35 reps......the general consensus here on getbig is that it is bullshit.

being so knowledgable could you give us an example of the averange strength of the pros....also who are the strongest pros that you have seen?

thanks!

ron coleman,,
every lift of his you see in video is real deal,,when ever he decided to lift heavy or prove a point he was the strongest bodybuilder to ever step a foot in a gym

all the rest are secondary to ron colman

specificaly bench talking ,,kevin was the strongest bencher in relshion to phsyiqe size,,,infact when kevin was covered you couldnt tell he was that big and sometimes when he pushed 5 plates each side for reps with not much effort people would look in awe until he took the jacket off then it was silent time

the rest of the bodybuilders i have encountered and worked with/trained with never was as trong as those 2 ,,dorian was strong but not as strong as ron colman

exactly right as usual, i love how people try to compare Dorian's strength to Big Ron's when they aren't even close, on Doz's video he pulls 455 for 5 on the deadlift, Ronnie pulls 755 for 4 and 800 for 2, shit Ronnie BARBELL ROWS 5 plates for reps on The Unbelievable, Dorian was pretty strong on inclines, he hit 425 for 5-6 on his video, Ronnie flat db presses the 200's for 12 and inclines them for 7 on that video so i think his barbell pressing was stronger at that time than on Cost of Redemption.

plus Dorian never could have handled the weight Ronnie did on legs, 600 for 4 front squat, 800 for 2 regular squat.
