Croatch is wrong about one thing, 18 inch arms are pretty ok. I don't honestly think I could have that size arms without tons of gear and maybe not even then  :-\

Sure, probably around the same number of times a week you do.  Difference is, I got a short straw when it came to genetic potential for decent arms.

Title: Re: Squadfather remember this?

Meltdown? Yes.

But I think those were posted LONG BEFORE SF/Sarcasm posted any pics and while he was known as sarcasm, he talked more shit than a Chinese radio and did exactly ZERO to back up his claims; just like how he loves calling people on their shit like bigmc up there.
Then the photos came...and people stopped paying attention to his claims of being so great in the gym. Otherwise, it's business as usual for him. And he is the one guy on here to make a business out of GetBig, like Cutler and Shawn Ray did out of the IFBB. :P

How tall are you mate? I think I'm about an inch something taller than you. And not as lean, but was nearly there in my peak shape (this time last year). I got my arms upto 19.1 and it took a shit load of time and effort to get there. Do you think a 20" arm is possible naturally for someone in our height range? I think it is, although it would be a rare guy who gets there (lifetime) naturally.

Anyway, all that BS apart, you're one of the funniest f*ckers on this site ;D

Yeah, technically, I'm not a lifetime natural cause I did one cycle at 18...this basically ruins your natural status on getbig for life...I've accepted that and moved on. :D  However, I gained everything from 150lbs to 225lbs..at one time, without any drugs.
A 20" natural arm...sure.  I'd say the genetics have to be there and it depends on the content.  A lean 20" arm...probably not, but surely possible.  My triceps lack and I have mine at 18", probably 19" pumped...hell, that's actually pretty good...haha
That's about right though, you're a bit taller.  I guess that would make me short as fuck. ;D  5' 7 1/2", just livin the dream. ;)
dont worry...i didnt forget that you have an unhealthy obsession with XXXXtra large natural breasts !!! LOL
Funny story on that one.  I've come across a pair that are literally perfect...in real life this time. :o  34ddd, not sagging at all, firm, REAL.  Perfect nipples too.  The sad thing is, this person doesn't gel with my personality.  God is one cruel fuck.  To get a girl with big jugs, no stomach, and you can actually enjoy being around...holy shit, almost impossible.
I literally turn into a 5 year old with a set of oversized mammories in my mouth...I've got problems.

My arms are 19 cold, 20 pumped, 100% drug free.

OK, my BF is not in the 10% range, but hey what can I say.

I trained at the same gym as Garrett Downing and some other pretty big guys, and there was an arm contest (at a local mall) and Garrett lost to another guy at our gym, Jonathon Simmons, who was 100% drug free at 5'11-6'0 and 245. Jonathosn arms were 20 cold, 21 pumped.

I remember when we saw Garrett win the Cal in 1995 and Flex Wheeler was giving Jonathon the old arm double takes, funny shit.

Yeah, size is good, but not everything of course.  The guy who won should have looked at Garrett and screamed, "ALL NATURAL BITCH!" then took the trophy and ran from the mall. ;D :-\

Yeah, Jonathon is a great guy, real cool. I saw him about 6 months ago behind Longs near the SB post office and he was doing good.

Ask him about the 95 Cal and how Flex Wheeler-who had monster arms-was in awe of Jonathons huge guns, and giving them the double takes!!!! I don't know Dave though-maybe by face, but not by name. Did he train at Frog's SB?

I wouldn't class it a meltdown if you've got the guts to put yourself on Youtube with a video showing conclusive proof of your arm size or poundage claims. Especially if someone has called you out on it - that takes bottle. Fair play to Croatch for doing so.

You tend to find on this site that the guys who talk the most shit have posted the least number of pictures. There are exceptions of course (won't name names) but out of those exceptions there's an even fewer amount that would do it to another guy's face in real life.

Yes Dave used to hang with Jon. He looks just like the actor Ving Rhames. Real big at one point when we were training at Free's gym, 285 pounds. Tried to get into acting but got the Levrone treatment (lowly bouncer, bodyguard, doorman acting spots) so he dieted down to about 215 and now has been on CSI 2x and a couple other tv solo's/independant movies. I see exactly why Levrone did what he did. If you know Jon you know Dave...if you saw a pic it would probably jog your memory in a second.

BINGO!

Ving Rhames did it.

Yeah, I know Dave. He started working at Frog's as a Personal Trainer in 94 or 95, I don't know if Jonathon got him his job at Frog's or not but yeah they were buddies, that was a while ago.

I had not even thought of him in a long, long time. I saw him on a TV game show years ago-I am pretty it was on the Hollywood Squares. I think he won...???

I stopped in Frog's in 2001 and I saw Dave-can't recall if he was still working there as a trainer or only working out.

Dave is a cool dude.

5-7, and I carry more size than you, and a lot of pros.

Example, Andreas Cahling trained at my gym, he was 220# while jacked on 5 grams of juice per week, BF in the 5-7%, very hard and in shape-but I was bigger in every area and twice as strong. I was no where near his conditioning, but I was bigger and stronger.

Hate to burst your bubble Tiger-but I can understand how hard it is for pencil necks to break past the 160# barrier.

Hope this helps.

Jerry looks like a pencil neck to me  ::)

Don't tell me, you think Derek Farnsworth is a monster. ::)

OK, the twice as strong part may have been exaggerated a bit-but I was stronger, no doubt about it. Size wise we were both about the same weight-but because Cahling was close to contest shape and I my BF was twice his, I was bigger- but I was drug free.

Im only 5'10" and a half. This picture was taken when I was maybe about  197-199 before carb/water depleting ? I competed a week later at 190 pounds and I was one of the heaviest guys at the natural contest.

For you to say that you were 215-220 with 10-12% BF at 5'7" feet, drug free makes it hard for me to believe especially when I never broke the 200 pound barrier and be under 12% bodyfat until I had some "help"

Like Sqaudfather said, please post a pic....

I was more like 12% BF, no 6 pack, but had a 34 inch waist-sounds big but for my body it was OK.

If you have seen the pics of WisconsinBB (not contest pic), I looked very similar to him, but a smaller version, as in shorter.  Not great genetics, but good.

You also have to remember that I have been working out 6 days a week -every week-for 30+ years. I juiced from 82-89, then stopped.  I got bigger every year (once I stopped juicing) starting in 92-93.

It took me 3 years to make any gains after I stopped juicing in 89. I peaked at age 37/38 in 1997/98-then I started to gain 5# of BF every year after 98 or so.

This was back in the 90's at my peak. I am still big today at 47, but also 265#, no abs, just a fat stomach. Still clean and drug free though, and still train everyday-but man do I fucking ach a lot these days.

Ok, so you were 12% BF, then in '98 you gained 5% BF a year. It is now 2008, so that's 10 years. 10x5% is 50%. Add that to the previous 12%, and that comes out to 62% BF, by your own words, and your own numbers. You claim that you are 265 lbs. Multiply your current weight by the 62% BF and that comes to 164.3 lbs of body fat. So, by your own words, and your own numbers, you have a mere 100.7 lbs of lean muscle mass. Don't ever come on this board again, and talk badly about 160 lb pencil necks, because you, my delusional friend are a 100 lb pencil neck. Here endith your owning, and your lesson. You loose your getbig shittalkin' priveleges, liar.

:D now you sissy.

And how you would prove that it is you in those pictures? That guy look like shit but I still doesn't believe that it is you, because I know as a fact that in that "home" where you live, they doesn't like that their patients sends their pictures in the internet...so those pictures are just like any other claim you have make; you can't prove anything...poor little motherfuc*ker...Why don't you be good little boy and tell the reason why you are in that institute? I bet that gives you lot more respect than those lies you are telling about yourself...

at 12%? I highly doubt that.  If your 5'7 and sitting at around 225lbs your most likely around 20% bf or more.  I'm 5'7 and a lifelong natural, I sit around 185lbs at 10-12% most of the time, Jeremy is 5'10 190lbs contest ready.  Most people who never diet confuse or exaggerate the numbers when they try to assume what their weight would be at if they dropped down to 6-8% bf.

No, I was not 20% BF...GOOD one though!!!!

My BF was tested at 10-12% with Lange calipers several times in 1989-1993, and it was always in the 10-12% range-I was 215-220# then. I hit 225# after I had been off drugs for 3-4 years. ay not have been that lean at 225, but was no where near 20%.

I have fluctuated up to 265#, have not stayed tehre though.

The thing you do not udnerstand is I have gained about 5# of "weight" much of it fat-I guess saying it was all fat gain was a mistake. But if I was 12% at 225#, that would be 25 pounds of fat, add in another 35 pounds ad that is 60 pounds of fat, or 22% BF-which is about right.

Now use your baloney number of 164# of fat at 265 and that would be 62% BF.

Your numbers are way off.

So it loosk like iget my shit talking privilages back!

I have a way to settle this though-come on down to San Diego, meet me at the gym and we will jump on the scales. Bring a tape measure too-so I can put to rest my arm, leg and calve size.

I was just going by your numbers, and what you said. Ok, you want to change it, fine. I got to say, you are not the worst on this board, shit talking...........restor ed. Be careful, and think. You see  God gave some of us muscles, and gave some of us brains, and to a very few he gave both.

If this Johnny Vegas guy is who i think he is, I've seen him train at Worlds in San Diego about 6 years ago...He is easily over 20% bodyfat...Afraid to break it to ya johnny but 10 to 12% bodyfat has some decent abs showing...

Bullshit.

Quote
In my prime I was 215-220 with 10-12% BF, drug free. So 225 is not out of the question.

But he would to have great genetics-and I think he does have that.

You said you were 5'7"  drug free at 10-12% bodyfat.

At 5'10" and a half I couldnt even get my bodyfat down to 10-12% and be over 215-225 pounds (natural)

I could only do that with the aid of some "help". Usually, when you dont have that form of "help" you would lose most of your gains and revert back to a "normal" or "average" muscle weight example i.e. Tom Prince, Frank Sepe, Mike Francious, Craig Titus, ect...

You claimed to be over 215-220 pounds at 10-12% bodyfat as a natural. I find that hard to believe because you would lose a lot of your mass, strength, weight, ect when you become "natural". This is why I doubt you.

Please post a pic...

Well, maybe I have better genetics than you do. I can tell you this, I could out lift Jim Quinn, Nasser and Andreas Cahling on any leg exercise at the gym, anyday day of the week. Jim Quinn was almost as strong on leg presses, but I could take him-drug free.

Jim Quinn was on boaloads of juice 24/7, but because he was in virtually contest shape year round that made it more of an even match up. Nasser was no contest.

Here was the deal. I trained drug free for 6 full years, from age 15-21, solid base-very solid. Never used anything, made it to about 190#.

I started using small cycles, never over 300mg/week, for the next 7 years or so, age 22-29, made it to 215# or so. Stopped using and made no gains for 3 years or so-then I started to be able to gain muscle drug free and made it to 215# in good condition, not great condition, but good.

Was able to hit 225# in decent condition, not great, but decent- a 34 inch waist.

Like I said, that was about 1997 or so, and then as you get older you start a slow decline in production of testosterone-and that is why (I would assume) I have slowly addded in BF every year.

I trained with, and know very good, Paul Jean-Guillaume (and his younger brother Felix) at Gold's Gym San Diego, from the mid 1980's on. Paul had the most muscle out of any drug free BBer I have seen. And if you saw Paul in person he had the best shape out of ANY BBer I have ever seen, and that includes Flex Wheeler. You had to see this guy in person to understand how genetically gifted he was/is. Paul was the only drug free BBer who I have seen that was bigger than me, and he was at a much lower BF level year round-clsoe to contest shape everyday.

And why on earth would you think I was someone, out of thousands, who worked out at World Gym 6 years ago???????

I have never, not even once, worked out at "World Gym" San Diego. I was there over 17 years ago when it was Gold's Gym, at the old location.  Plus I already said my BF is not what it was 10 years ago. I mean, if you knew ANYONE in the SD BBing world you can figure out my gym just by looking at my post a few above this one, it is not rocket science.

If you ever paid attention to ANY of my posts here you would know that-and also know where I trained at, have posted it a million times.

Sorry to burst the your bubble, but it is sort of hard to match GB internet names and the millions of people who workout.

Hope this helps!!  ::)
