I saw some fat guy do it for 30 reps on the Saturday, no support gear etc. and with perfect form - I was in total shock. I would think the plates would have had to be fake. Can anyone confirm for sure?

Actually Chris Lund was shooting this and I think he can confirm that this indeed real. Jean Pierre Fux will back this up....I saw some fat guy do it for 30 reps on the Saturday, no support gear etc. and with perfect form - I was in total shock. Not bad; I have heard that this guy in the video was going to do 45 rest pause reps but was in a hurry because it was 5:00 pm and he was only on his 7th meal.
