no no no i wouldnt advice that your drink anything at all before cardio...only take non-caloric thermogenics, beta antagonists, and other fat loss agents.. i like to do cardio on 25mg ephedrine, 3 diet pills(either redline, hydroxycut, or lipo6x), yohimbe, green tea extract, acetyl l lcarnitine, herbal fat burner...and alot of ewater

Carbs aren`t essential..........I`m sure most have plenty of fat that can be used to fuel training.
Increase protein,water,and add a small amount of good fat.
Train and do cardio as always or increase cardio as needed.
