Ali Tabreezi was the overall world champion in 2006
He looked like this at under 90KG. He can clean house in the under 202lbs class. Not even Lee priest can get next to this guy. He looks more like 230-240lbs.

Hehe. Now what does that mean? He's a good rock thrower? Suicidal tendencies? Does well under captivity?
-
He is 5’7” … the advantage with Ali is … he looks much more than he actually weighs … in the 06 World he weighed 88.5 kg(194.7lbs) … so ya if he gets the pro card and gets to do the under 202 shows he will be the biggest guy on stage … and we all know he doesn’t lack muscularity or symmetry … and without a drug test he will be even more conditioned … so ya I say he can clean house ... and he is Persian not Arab
-
Why doesn't he accept a pro card? (His win at the worlds gave him one)

it is all up to his federation ... why don't you think Robert accepted his this year ... currently Qatar has a Problem with the IFBB and is suspended ... and that's Why non of the Qatar team did the World last year.

damn those guys must be pissed off
they deserve pro card and they still have to compete as amateurs

in many of the Asian countries, their governments pays them more to compete as an amateur than they would likely make as a pro
they deserve pro card and they still have to compete as amateurs
the IFBB rules about having to go through your national chapter are petty, just a way for the amateur international org to have power over the national orgs, and the national orgs to have power over the athletes. from a business perspective, it is in the best interest of the IFBB Pro League to have the best athletes in the world, even those who have never competed in an IFBB amateur contest, even those who have but who pissed off some third world bureaucrat . better bodies mean bigger audiences means more profit. if the IFBB were a publicly held company, rather than a privately held one, their stock holders would have voted out upper management for not making the most of their investment.

Looks like Dr. Chimps is jealous because he is not Arab :D
-

he has no arabics genetics...he was born and grown up in Iran, in Iran they speak "Farsi", all arabic countries speaks "arabic". Later, as a Amateur-Bodybuilder he competed for a Arabic country in the "gulf region" (because he had better commercial perspective there, then being a "poor" Bodybuilder in Iran).

What a shame. I think there are probably about 5-10 guys out there who could make the IFBB contests a lot better and help steer us away from the gut monsters, but we'll never see them.
