Can't touch weights anymore due to heart problems and medications.
All I can do is recumbent bike...so I go for 2 hours sometimes, with some light machine abs afterwards. The worst is I have to get my BW from 200 to 175 at 5'11".
Any serious suggestions advices?

Did back during lunch. Only had 35 minutes to workout, so did dumbbell rows and pulldowns only. I feel the pump, so all-in-all a good workout. (And something to keep me awake through the afternoon.)

Heading to the gym in a bit for a BRUTAL leg workout. We just a had a sick snow storm last night. Should be fun having to walk through that shit after my workout. Good times! :)
