This was todays back workout:
Pulldowns-
100lbs 20 reps(warm-up set)
150lbs 14 reps
200lbs 12 reps
220lbs 12 reps
200lbs 13 reps(pump set)
Next exercise was t-bar rows. My gym doesn't have a grip narrow enough on the machine, so I just take the v-handle and put the barbell in the corner.
180lbs 14 reps
225lbs 12 reps
275lbs 10 reps
275lbs 11 reps
315lbs 9 reps
To finish off my back workout I did some deads...
135 12 reps
315 12 reps
405 8 reps
455 5 reps
475 3 reps
Back was killing afterwards. I know my strength isn't world class or anything but I felt wrecked.

How many years do you train?
Why this routine?

I've trained for a pretty long time, just never did deads that much. I wanted to mix it up this week and do less variations.

Thanks Squad. How are my deads looking so far? I'm not much into the strength thing, but it's mostly because i'm just not naturally that strong.

damn near 500 for 3 is pretty good especially considering you did them at the end, don't believe all the "monster weights" these clowns on here claim, 98 percent of them are bullshit.

Yeah that's probably true. I guess I just like comparing myself to Ronnie ;D
