Whats your approach in getting these women in the shape of their lives. First Mah Ann, now Brenda.

Finding out how their bodies react to diets and adjusting all the time. I learned alot with Brenda..wait till you see her next show.

Low carb/mod fat??
a balanced attack?
High carbs?? What did u do?

I know dexter said he only spent an hour a day in the gym. But if your going 5-6 days a week is there a need for any more than an hour a day????
Especially someone as gifted as dexter who has a super fast metabolism and only needs cardio 3 days a week.
