The Enquirer and Perez Hilton posted it so it may not be true. I guess he has pancreatic cancer or something.

It's a rather lethal form of cancer that kills quickly.

Pancreatic cancer is probably the worst type of cancer you can get in terms of how fast it spreads.

I've never been a huge fan of Swayze, but my sympathies are with him and his family and fans.  Pancreatic cancer is one of the worst types of cancer because it eats you alive before you even know you have it.  Nobody deserves to die that way.  Nobody.

There are different types of pancreatic cancer.... most are fatal, but not all.

I remember reading about that.  I think he had the very rare non-metastic type of pan cancer, right?  He was lucky.  Most with that disease aren't.  Like Michael Landon.
