MuscleCenter are you going to FIBO. If so take lots of pics and tell me how it was. I am planning to go next year so I want to know as much as possible. For the European Getbiggers, I am trying to stay over there for about 3 weeks or so and travel and take a short vacation. So we can meet up. Are their any Getbiggers in Madrid. I am definitely going there since my cousin is supposed to have a home their she said I could use when I am in town. So I want to take her up on it if I can. Plus my brothers wifes family is in Stuttgart, Germany. So I have to go their to. SO hopefully we can get together.

I´ll be there on Sunday. Dennis Wolf will guestpose at 4:40 p.m. at the "big stage". After him "Ron Coleman" will hit the stage.
Phil Heath will pose at the MET-RX stage 15 Minutes before Dennis Wolf.

Thursday & Friday it´s open for buissiness-people, Sat. & Sunday it´s open for the Fans.

No.
I've been there twice to score some free supps or cheap stuff, but it was all crap.
The visitors there are 99% lowlifes running around in Under-Armour. The "Pros" have 2min stage appearances and are gone the rest of the time.
Besides that, some german or european BB are running around, but nobody knows who they are.
FIBO = waste of time and money

Ruhl's chest has gotten worse since we last saw him at the Olympia, yet he'd had something put in to fill the gap (sillicone, fat?), and it's hardly noticable. i'll say not even noticable to anyone who doesnt know he had some tears there. great job!

Kreator is a great band.
I grew up about 1km from where the leader lived. The father of a girl in my class teached Mille how to play the guitar. ;D ;D
I actually remember him (or was it someone else from Kreator) riding a Yamaha R1 with a Kreator sticker on the back.
Buddy of mine drank with them a lot, down to earth guys.

On a side note, he has been on heavy dosages for more than 50% of his life, i don't think he's mentally stable to get off.
If he shrinks down, he will commit suicide.

That´s Felix Decker. A German Amateur (from bavaria) who will compete in May at the Bavarian Quali + if he qualifies compete at the German Nationals in the + 220 lbs class (will compete around 230-240).
He´s a gym owner in Bavaria....

try the Sheraton, it's close to the FIBO.
other than that, there are some good hotels that are a bit further away.
I recommend Mintrops Stadthotel. Beautiful Hotel with very nice people working there.

pretty much. when i've seen guestposing, there isnt a whole lot of noise going on by the crowd. i do my bit, but most others are silent. so the ear pose just gives them a bit of encouragement by the crowd. they wouldnt need to do that if people shows their appreciation by clapping and so on.
