i usually get 2 scoops in the morning. One and a half before workout and two after my workout. I know that seems like a lot but everything i read says take in the morning, pre and post workout. I just wonder what is too much...

I take in 4 scoops of a slow digesting protein mix (egg white, soy and casein) that has 6 grams of Arginine, 3 grams of Citrulline Malate, and 3 grams of Taurine added per scoop - comes out to 88 grams of protien right there. Another 50 grams in gemma protien with no additives. For a grand total of 138 grams of protien shakes a day.

2-4 scoops. I try to eat all the "real food" I can but sometimes I just cant fit it or dont have time.

Even if you get all your protein from food, its still good to have in a pinch.

Several of my friends say the same. from what i can tell i have an iron stomach compared to most people. there are very few things that mess with it. i also eat a banana with my preworkout meal.

Usually 2, sometimes 3. It usually accounts for about 70g of the 150-200g I take in a day.

so is 5 scoops too much.... the question of how much protein per day always seems to come up.. i weight 220 and i try to get 250 per day. 5 scoops is around 110 leaving me with 130 from food, which to me seems to be a good balance, but i always wonder how my kidney's handle that much protein from shakes per day????

200 grams.....4 servings of zero carb isopure which is 50 grams of zero carb protein per serving.

that way when I add in my liquid egg whites, fish, or chicken....I meet my 1.5 - 2.0 gram protien per pound protein requirement
